This pilot is open only to:

• New Zealand incorporated startups
• Building in B2B SaaS or Deep Tech
• At seed stage
• Raising now or in the next 6 months
• Targeting a venture-scale outcome (billion dollar valuation)

We’ll expand access to more sectors and founder types over time — but this version is intentionally narrow to protect signal and match quality.
